We believe that thorough research is the foundation of a successful search. Our expertise lies in deeply understanding our clients' industries and corporate cultures, allowing us to source candidates who not only have the right experience but also the right personality for the role.

PROFESSIONAL

FEE

GO & Partners operates on a contract basis to identify and recruit specific individuals. Our service fee is one-third of the total hiring cost or a minimum of USD 15,000 per position. The total hiring cost includes the candidate's annual gross salary, allowances, sign-on bonus, retention bonus, and any guaranteed bonus specified in the offer letter, regardless of payment timing.

An additional 12% value-added tax (VAT) and a 2% PPh 23 tax are applied on the consultancy fees.

With more than 30 years of experience in executive search, Gary Ong has developed a strong track record supporting organizations across diverse industries. He has partnered with both local and multinational companies in Indonesia, earning valuable insights and building a wide-reaching professional network.

Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Pepperdine University (USA) and has further enhanced his expertise through the Advanced Consulting Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
